SEO case study - this portfolio

Baseline: attractive site, weak search foundation

The original homepage had duplicate meta descriptions, fragment-only internal navigation, public editor instructions, very heavy embedded images, missing structured data and a mobile Lighthouse performance score of 63.

63Mobile Lighthouse baseline
6.1sLab LCP baseline
0Indexable service pages

Actions completed

  • Created unique, crawlable Meta Ads, SEO, Case Studies and Blog pages.
  • Kept exactly one homepage meta description and added page-specific titles, descriptions and canonicals.
  • Moved embedded images into lightweight, cacheable files with dimensions and lazy loading.
  • Added Person, WebSite and Service structured data.
  • Removed public editor placeholders and strengthened contact options.
  • Added Open Graph metadata, favicon, skip navigation and mobile menu behavior.

How the implementation is validated

Every URL is checked for a unique title, one description, canonical, index directive, one H1 and working internal links. Image payload, mobile layout and form behavior are retested after deployment.

Next measurement after deployment

A fresh mobile PageSpeed run and Google Search Console inspection will establish the post-launch performance and indexing state. Until those tests run on the live Hostinger deployment, no improvement number is claimed.

Transparency: This is an implementation case study. Post-launch organic traffic and Core Web Vitals require enough live data before a result can be reported.
